Payment is done through paypal only. Payment shall be required in full, upfront.

Please provide as many refs as possible.

All artwork is for personal use ONLY. All copyright of work done is held by me unless stated otherwise in a written contractual agreement along with a copyright purchase fee. The purchasing fee will be subject to what the agreement shall be and the work done.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a request should I see fit, to which the individual shall be notified. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Customers are able to cancel a commission at anytime with full refund, however I will not issue a refund for completed work.

For larger/more complex pieces I shall give a WIP of the sketch along with the colour base. If there are any changes that are needed, then would be the time to tell me. I will not correct anything other than colour tweaks once an image is completed.

You are welcome to ask me any time for a WIP image.

Please keep in mind that I have a full time job outside of doing art so pieces may be a bit slow. I will usually contact said person when I am about to work on their piece to let them know they are next in line and to check if any details may have changed since the beginning.

Once an image is completed, a Large and Small PNG version of the artwork shall be given. You are welcome to request specific file types and possibly certain sizes should you need it. You are also welcome to come back to me at any point after commissioning me to get said work again if you have lost said files.

If you need a commission by a certain date, please tell me at the start of the commission process and I shall work to it. If it is work that is needed extremely quick, there shall be an added fee pending on the subject of the piece.
